Holiday Club 2010
You all know that during the holidays soccer fever took South Africa by storm. With that in mind the International School had many soccer activities under way at our Holiday Club. We spent the first two weeks of the holidays making lovely arts and crafts and played many soccer games ourselves. Some of the activities included making Soccer Balls, Flags, Bedroom Door decorations, Soccer Peg People, Brazilian Masks, South African Flag puzzles, Necklaces, Portuguese hats, and even delicious cupcakes.
Here is what some of our regulars had to say.
Tyler | Age 3
“I loved it cause I won a pink whistle which makes a loud noise”.
Cailen | Age 4
“I loved all the art and like my cool mask that I made”.
Christopher | Age 5
“I liked making things and playing lots of soccer outside”.
Paulina | Age 5
“I liked coming to school in the holidays and seeing my friends. The Soccer peg people that we made were so much fun”.
Sophia | Age 4
“I liked painting the door hanger and I hung it on my bedroom door handle”.
Olivia | Age 6

Thank you to all the parents which supported yet another successful Holiday club. See you again in December.
