Internal Assessment

The British National Curriculum stipulates continuous assessment throughout the school year. ISCT has a system of tracking a student’s progress.

In the Primary School this progress is formalised in a report at the end of the second term and fourth term, and by informal parent-teacher meetings in the first and third terms.
In the High School students receive a report at the end of each term.

Exams are written twice a year in the High School.

External Assessment

In addition, our students write SATS at the end of Year 2 and year 6, as well as the UK 11+ exams.

The IGCSE and AS and A level exams are set externally in the UK and are thus recognised internationally.
